My Bio
I 'm a freelance cartoonist who worked on things such as local-issue themed cartoons for the editorial page of the SALEM NEWS in Massachusetts until 2017. I'm probably best known for my comic strip FOR ART'S SAKE that was a feature in THE COMICS BUYER'S GUIDE for over 20 years until the publication's end in 2012. I am also active in Muppet fandom as a contributor to the TOUGHPIGS fansite. I wish to use this page to showcase samples of my work both old and new.

This is Smigliano. Due to a mishap several months back, I no longer am able to have the access to update this page/gallery (despite going thru every channel i could, including the DEVIANTART help techs) So as of today, I will be continuing to post my newest work on a NEW gallery, under the name of Smigliano2.
